Do you have what it takes to be a Store Manager?:
- Ability to manage in shop and front office team, with an office co-manager
- Understands business financials and meet financial goals
- Implementing and holding employees accountable to policies outlined in B Street Employee Manual
- Identify, create, and maintain positive culture in a team
- Take part and ensure quality control checks are being completed
- Ensure employees meeting safety and OSHA standards
- Assuring all necessary leases, licenses, and permits are current and in place
- Interviewing, selecting, and training of employees
- Utilize a variety of management and estimating systems
- - Maintain a Monday – Friday 6:45am - 5:00pm schedule
- A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in the auto body industry, or relatable field
- Must be able to lift, squat, kneel, bend and manage car parts in excess of 50 pounds
- You must have a valid driver's license
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Think on the fly and problem solve
- Attention to detail and positive can do attitude
- Self-accountability and Integrity
- - $100K - $150K per year based on experience.
